Our sincere thanks go to Richard and Jon and their amazing crew at Steadfast Roofing for the wonderful job they did replacing our roof. The work was completed in two days and professionally accomplished, with photo documentation every step of the way, from start to finish. Negotiation of the contract was outstanding. Communication during the project was easy with quick response to any questions I had. Tarps surrounded the house to catch debris. The work site was always cleaned at the end of each day and they did magnetic sweeps to pick up any nails that strayed beyond the tarps. It was such a pleasure to do business with a company that makes honesty, integrity, and a great work ethic the cornerstone of their business. I highly recommend Steadfast Roofing! ~ Dana L

We hired this company because we had a leak in a flat roof. We originally only intended to do one flat roof, but as preventative maintenance and because of the great price we decided to replace our sunroom flat roof as well. The first roof repair was fantastic. The second they did a not so great job and the roof was leaking after inspection. This flat roof had never leaked before. I contacted Richard, the Project manager, and he sent a crew out to fix it promptly at no cost to us. They even sent a team to consult us on what and how we wanted it done. The second time around was amazing. They did a beautiful job and got it done very quickly. No more leaks and it looks perfect. Regardless of the mess up I would hire this company again and recommend them for your rooofing needs. ~ Crystal P

We sold our home and had a check list of minor items to get repaired prior closing. The original company we had contacted didn't seem to understand the urgency of the matter. I then decided in one morning to call Steadfast Roofing. Richard promptly answered the call and, after explaining the situation, he made it possible to stop by within a couple of hours. After agreeing on a price, he had an opening next day which was much better than our original company. He then called an hour later saying that they could stop on later that day. Within a few minutes we had a whole crew on top of our roof diligently working to get the job done. The report with the pictures provided after was also well done! They are professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. We look forward to hiring them again for our next project. ~ Ana M

Steadfast roofing was so exceptionally professional they did an amazing job in such a quick amount of time. From start to finish from the day that I called them to schedule an estimate to them coming out helping me choose what I wanted and completing the job complete professionals!! I would recommend them to everyone and Richard there supervisor who came immediately when I called to give me an estimate and give me all the information was so knowledgeable about his job and what needed to be done and why they constantly took pictures of everything that they did so I could see what was going on at all times I was so impressed and you will be too definitely use steadfast roofing!!! ~ Michelle B

Fantastic company. I called a few weeks back with a relatively small residential leak issue (my roof lacks sufficient slope at one section and layers of haphazard patching by previous owner are failing). I conveyed that I was looking for the cheapest possible fix, as the majority of my roof has years of useful life remaining. They promptly sent out a wonderful younger gentleman whose name escapes me. He climbed up top with me and proceeded to educate me about my roof and how I could repair it myself. He still wrote me up a proper bid at fair price, but also told me exactly what product they would use and exactly how they would apply it. I ended up doing the job myself, but Steadfast Roofing will absolutely be my first and only call when it comes time to replace my roof. Cannot recommend this company more highly. I am happy to share our experience with Steadfast. They are great workers. Richard came and helped us very quickly when we had a roof emergency. He tooke pictures and showed us all that we couldn’t see up on the roof.He is pleasant and professional. He inspected inside and out and gave us an estimate immediately and scheduled us in right away. The workers were dedicated to their work and got the job done. They uncovered additional hidden damage and showed us immediately and worked hard to fix the problem. They cleaned everything up and it was like they were never here. When the work was complete Richard did a final walkthrough and inspected. Overall it was a good experience and the level of professionalism was beyond words. They will be back in the future to do the whole roof replacement. Great company that has integrity and works hard to maintain a great reputation! ~ Patricia C

Highly recommend Steadfast Roofing. Excellent experience from initial quote to job done. I acquired quotes from a number of contractors to get my aged roof replaced. Only Richard from Steadfast took the time to review my old roof, include improvements, and give me options that included roofing tiles applicable to my location near salt water. Richard was very responsive and happy to answer questions. Pricing was competitive. During the job and at completion, Steadfast supplied photos of every aspect of the work which was appreciated given I was away from home. Best roofing company by far!! We were not sure what to expect with the whole process and headaches that come along with replacing the roof. But the moment that Richard ( branch manager) came to our house and talked to us and explained the process and gave us prices, he put us immediately at ease. And we talked to 7 different companies while trying to decide who to go with. Richard not only gave us the best prices but top quality shingles (again, we talked to other companies...) so it was no brainer to go with Steadfast Roofing!! Great experience with Richard Allard from Steadfast and his crew. Richard used his drone to show me pictures of the problem with our roof, which was leaking because of a construction error. Access is not easy as we have a 3 story townhome. His crew arrived in a timely manner and addressed the problem very professionally. They even cleaned our front lawn and left everything looking neat and tidy. Richard then sent pictures of the completed job, which showed the flashing and shingles they had installed to remedy the problem. Cost of repair was very competitive and affordable. Richard came super quick to my house to evaluate the situation! I just bought this home and the people who cut my tree sneakily destroyed my roof without even mentioning anything to me. My roof when I did my walk through before closing the house (my first time buying a house btw!) looks completely different than after the tree company. I was overly impressed with Richard's quick response to check our roof as we had lost some shingles after hurricane Helene. He expertly assessed the damage and thoroughly explained what he found. He returned the next day with spare shingles he had on hand to patch a few needed areas and nailed down the other loose ones as well as the ridge vent we didn't know had an issue. I got many estimates, out of all of them I went with Steadfast Roofing. Richard at Steadfast Roofing was on time, very thorough and his price was reasonable. Had about 6 quotes for my roofs but steadfast came highly recommended from a friend so i went with them and it was a good thing i did.
